2. Initial Site Consultation

We meet at your potential building site to go through your ideas, concerns and vision.

3. Planning Meeting

Choose a plan from our range, design a plan or modify plans to match your needs – discuss all the details of your new home in order for us to prepare an accurate estimate for you.

4. Preparing Plans

On acceptance of our cost estimate for the design and build of your home and payment of the required deposit, we then arrange for the plans to be drawn up ready for consent applications as necessary.

5. Contract and Consents

You will then receive a fixed price contract for your approval and agreement for us to build your new home. We then move into the process of obtaining the necessary building consent approvals from the local council in line with the plans and specifications agreed upon.

6. The Finer Details

Time to choose the decor, colours, textures, fixtures, fittings, kitchens etc. We have a great range of suppliers that we work with who will help you select and decide the finer details of your home to meet your needs.

7. Let the Building Process Commence

Once the required building consent/approval has been received from the local council we can proceed. We will advise on a start date, a completion date and give you frequent updates throughout, plus a timetable of events in the various stages of the building process. There will be scheduled payments from you throughout the process as stated in the fixed contract to allow for the work to be undertaken. There will also be the opportunity for onsite meetings to keep you up to date with how things are proceeding, and to document the exciting stages of your new home coming to life.

8. Regular Inspections

Will occur throughout the building process to ensure quality and health and safety practices are being maintained at all times right up to the final inspection survey.

9. Final Stages

This involves us arranging a final inspection survey by the local council to ensure all requirements have been met by us when building your home. A Code Compliance Certificate will be issued on this approval. The site and home will be tidied and cleaned.

10. Moving In

Now that your dream home is complete we arrange to meet you to hand over the keys and all paperwork and guarantees relating to the property, fixtures and fittings – Enjoy!
